You will need to subscribe to one of BeyondInvest's services to become a member. Once you are a member you can login to our site using the Username and Password details that BeyondInvest provided when you first subscribed.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password then you can either:

1. If you have the latest Internet Downloader (version 3.3 and above), Click Help->About to view your Username and Password
   
2. Send us confirmation of your subscription, using this page. We will email you your login details if your subscription details match our records.
   
3. Contact us during business hours, and we can give your details over the phone.

End of Day means that the data is made available after the close of trading for that business day.

BeyondInvest has two End of Day data feeds

1. Before Midnight: means that you collect the data after 7:30pm AEST on the same day.
2. After Midnight: means that you collect the data after 12:00am AEST.

For charting, BeyondInvest End of Day data is provided in the following format:

The Charting package determines which formats are used for the field delimiter, date, prices and volume. We support the most popular Charting Packages including:

There are no hidden fees charged by BeyondInvest. There is a once off administration fee of $27.50 that is payable on new subscriptions.

BeyondInvest provides you with a software utility called the Internet Downloader. The Internet Downloader is provided free as part of your initial subscription. Once configured (instruction provided), the Internet Downloader automatically downloads your nominated data service onto your computer. If your Charting Package allows automated updating of its historical data, this becomes part of the automated download and update process, otherwise, you manually select the update process within your Charting Package.

BeyondInvest will only provide a refund for the unused portion of the End of Day data and support subscription excluding partial periods.

You can make changes to your subscription at any time, simply contact us, and we will amend your subscription as requested. You may receive an adjustment for the unused portion of your current subscription. We can also pro-rata any additional payment, so as to coincide with your current renewal date.

BeyondInvest can commence your subscription from the date of when you finished your previous subscription. If the gap in your history is more than 3 months, we can provide you with a Historical Data CD. The cost for the Historical Data will depend on the size of the gap.

BeyondInvest allows you to renew your subscription on a quarterly basis if this is convenient for you, but a small Administration fee will apply. Call BeyondInvest on 03 9544 6200 to arrange this service.

Distribution date paid by the Managed Fund + distribution amount.

Asset Allocation

Asset Allocation Date + 9 Asset classes Australian Shares, Cash, Direct Property, Australian Fixed Interest, International Fixed Interest, Listed Property, Mortgage, International Shares and Other. For both the ASX and Managed Funds.

Is defined as any individual unit that uses any part of the data provided within the datafeed.

Units can include:

• SMSF (Self Managed Super Funds)
• Investment Portfolios
• Trusts
• DIY Funds
• Investments via a company
• Family Trusts

In determining which grouping a new user will fall into on any of BeyondInvest’s Managed Funds Price Lists, a user is defined as one of the following:

A person who presents reports to their clients, which have been produced from a software package that uses Managed Funds and/or ASX data to produce such reports. eg. Accountant; Super Fund’s Administrator; Financial Planner/Advisor, Superannuation Advisor, etc. These people may also undertake adding, manipulating or processing any data.

A person who adds and/or manipulates, processes Managed Funds and/or ASX data within a software package, produces reports from such software packages on behalf of other people. - eg Accountant’s assistants; Super Fund’s Administrator assistant; Para Planner to a Financial Planner/Advisor, Auditor.

Note: a person who ONLY supports the software package such as an IT person is not regarded as a user.

The number of users must be multiplied by each individual cost outlined below eg. Daily ASX & UUT Prices @ $824 per user x 4 users = $3,296

BeyondInvest provide support for Data related and/or charting questions during normal business hours. Outside these hours support will be arranged by appointment only. Support is provided by e-mail and telephone.

We do not provide support for PC and/or non-charting software.

BeyondInvest have several support plan options available:

• A list frequently asked questions (FAQ) in our members area. This is available to all our clients free of charge.
• Annual support Plan: is mainly for Insight Trader users, but we will support other packages. The Annual support plan offers unlimited e-mail and telephone support.
• Per-incident support: offers timed support and is charged per 5-minute block.
